The cell has good infrastructure for conducting activities like interviews, special lectures, workshops, group discussions etc. The cell regularly conducts guiding lectures for the students on competitive exams, interview facing techniques, personality development etc. The cell promotes industry institute interaction, organizes industrial trainings and gets sponsored projects from the industry. The basic function of the cell is to interact with the Corporate World for campus placements of Pre-final and Final year students.

Amrutvahini College of Engineering (AVCOE), Sangamner, has established strong industry collaborations through key MoUs to enhance students’ employability and technical competencies. The institute has partnered with Tata Technologies to provide training on their LMS MyiGetit platform covering MCAD, PLM, and Electric Vehicle modules. Under CSR initiatives, RPG Foundation’s Zensar Technologies conducts Employability Skill Development Programs, while Godrej Infotech in association with Centum Foundation offers training in Data Analytics. AVCOE also collaborates with IBM through Edunet Foundation to deliver SkillsBuild Bootcamps and has an extended partnership with Edunet Foundation for technical training programs. Additionally, FUEL (Friends Union for Energising Lives) supports technical training and career guidance under CSR. Gnosis Plus provides of aptitude and soft skill training to third-year students throughout the academic year, ensuring comprehensive preparation for placements. The institute utilizes the Almashines online platform to strengthen alumni interaction, mentoring, and networking, and has partnered with Eduskills Foundation to facilitate virtual internships in emerging technologies. These initiatives collectively bridge the gap between academia and industry, preparing students to meet evolving technological and professional challenges.
