Department of Electrical Engineering

Department of Electrical Engineering is being started from the academic year 2012-2013.The initial intake was 60 students and has been increased to 120 students from the academic year 2013-14.The department has been equipped with excellent infrastructure facility, qualified and experienced staff member and modern equipments and machinery to cater to this course.In order to comply with the university curriculum and maintain pace with the modern technological developments

The department has following laboratories,

• Basic Electrical Lab
• Electrical Machine Lab
• Electrical Measurement and Instrumental Lab
• Material Science Lab
• Analog and Digital Lab
• Computer Lab

Department has Library for its students having wide range of reference books, e-journals as well as text books. To make the teaching more effective, the facility of LCD and Projector has been provided. In order to bring about an overall moulding among the students, department works streneously towards the personality development factor and as regards to this, the library has been equipped with a variety of CD's and DVD's for students. The faculty members are well versed and have published their paper in various international journals having impact factor. The faculty member are also associated with R&D projects carried out by university of pune and AICTE.
